Hi to All!

We would like to get the wider review by the contributors of the new
section of the Contributor guide as this was not included in wiki
conventions or explicitly pointed out in the related spec.

As to the wiki content, we plan to get it moved to RST in two weeks.
And as we are moving forward, I would like to know your opinions on how the
new content can be added to the guide.

What is the most appropriate procedure?
Should we file a bug on LP if a topic is not included either in spec or
wiki but we find it useful for contributors and want to bring it under the
community careful consideration?
