Open Stack

During our Mitaka-planning session yesterday we agreed that the 
config-ref should be migrated to RST during this cycle, if we can build 
a team of volunteers willing to spend time on this.

I've discussed with a couple persons who are interested, but the more 
the merrier. If you're looking for a way to get started with docs 
contribution, this is a simple way to do it (I'm happy to help you get 
setup!).

can organise our effort.
