Open Stack

I've just approved most of the patches for Liberty, thanks to Tom and 
Christian for great preparation - and thanks for all the great reviews 
by the whole team!

The front page is still Kilo (will approve in a few hours). You can 
check Liberty content via http://docs.openstack.org/liberty/

All guides should now have Liberty information but I assume that 
security-guide, ha-guide and operations-guide still link to kilo. Could 
somebody check these repos and send patches, please?

Please review whether everything is accurate and I'll do the frontpage 
switch in a few hours so.
