[OpenStack-docs] [install-guide] Status of RDO

Haïkel,

In the patch that stops publication of the RDO installation guide [1], you
made a comment that Liberty packages are available for RHEL/CentOS and
Fedora. Another comment from Alan includes a link to the RHEL/CentOS
packages, but not the Fedora packages. Where can I find the Fedora packages?
