Matt and myself just discussed a problem with current git head which 
failed for him using tox with:

tox.ConfigError: ConfigError: substitution key 'posargs' not found

Problem is the most recent change [1] to tox.ini triggered a well known 
bug in tox version 1.7.0 and 1.7.1 that was fixed in 1.7.2 with this 
changelog[2] entry:
"fix issue150: parse {posargs} more like we used to do it pre 1.7.0. The 
1.7.0 behaviour broke a lot of OpenStack projects."

So, if you run into this, please update your tox version or revert that 
change locally (!) to quickly continue,
