where are we now with the RST conversion of the HA Guide?

Is it time now to drop the XML version and go with RST?

For me reviewing changes is difficult since I have to check with each 
change whether it applies to both formats and then tell submitters to 
fix both. Also, we might get fixes for XML that are removed in RST since 
they are obsolete.

So, I'd really like to obsolete the XML version. Are we ready?
