Open Stack

Hello everybody.

I want to propose to freeze the XML image guide until we finished the 
migration to RST. All incoming changes for the XML image guide should 
get a -2, -2 should be changed to -1 after we finished the migration and 
the change should be adopted for the new RST image guide.

Does this work for everybody?
