Hello All,

After the User Guide Specialty team meeting this week, we made some significantly large changes to our meeting format. We have shifted from using Google Hangouts to IRC meetings, recruiting meetbot's tracking and logging for meeting minutes records.

  *   We now meet in IRC channel  #openstack-meeting-4
  *   The Fortnightly meeting time has not changed - Wednesdays at 23:30 UTC (Thursday 9:30am Australian Eastern Standard Time or GMT+10, Wednesday 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time)
