I think it's fine to restructure later. Then we have complete parity for
the Kilo release date. The April 9 deadline is the same as the first
release candidate for Kilo.

Lana, have a blueprint for any restructuring for the next release, with
deadlines set in the blueprint itself. That should work for us all to keep
moving.
