Notes from the User Guides Speciality Team Meeting on Friday 27 March:

------------------------------------

* Information Architecture: do we need a User Guide + Admin Guide? Can
we combine or split this in a better way? What components should we be
documenting (core only/core+)?

With the Easter break coming up, we decided to all spend some time on
answering this question over the next couple of weeks. We have a lot of
Information Architecture expertise in the group, and individuals have
been asked to email the mailing list with [User Guides] in the subject
line with their suggestions.

* Working with corp contributors: what do corp contributors require from
upstream? What makes contributing hard? What should upstream STOP doing?

There was some discussion about how we *talk* about a cyclical
relationship between enterprise and upstream content but that this
rarely actually happens. Again, this is something we need to be thinking
about over the break.

* Do we have an opinion on docs licensing?

Turns out we don't, other than a request for consistency.

* Next meeting: 17 April:

------------------------------------

If you would like to be included on the invite for this meeting, please
make yourself known to Lana.

Have a great Easter, everyone.
