Is 'service' part of the proper name in this context?
Note - nicknames are still considered proper nouns, so they should still be capitalized (they are not in the current documentation).
Also, this might seem pedantic, but all of the 'nicknames' are *official* (under the plain meaning of the word) by virtue of being approved by the Foundation.
