Open Stack

Are your header rows coming out bold from this output?  I tried to look at the Jenkins outputbut can't find this section.
I think the stub-columns are for "header" columns on the left and don't have anything to do withthe formatting of the header columns on top.  I did try building my table with stub-columns includedand it didn't make a difference.
I tried putting ** around the heading strings to bold them but that didn't work -- probably a bad ideain any event ;-)

You can mark them bold, see

Could be an omission in the style we use. I suggest you file a bug.
