Hi Brian,

One thing we did due to the long migration times for the user guides was to
request a change to both the XML and RST in any patchset during the
migration period. There weren't too many of those, but you may consider it
for the time period so the freeze isn't preventing improved content in the
meantime.

Since we needed 3 months to migrate the other two guides (mid-Feb to
mid-May), and this release is only 5.5 months, you should probably try
either not to freeze or to migrate more quickly.

Just a consideration based on past experience -- you may have already found
a way to migrate more content quickly.
