I've started https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/ConfigRef , 
which needs to be improved as you'll see.

I suggest we add ideas to this page and hold a meeting to discuss where 
to focus our efforts in a few days (maybe next week?). Let me know if 
this sounds good to you all.
