Make links now to /kilo, so that we can verify that they are correct.
Once we're closer to liberty and final versions, we can redirect 
/liberty to /draft somehow like we did in the final kilo phase.

right now, you have three moving targets:
* The HA guide - getting converted to RST
* The Install Guide - getting converted to RST
* The Config Ref - minor updates

for the Config Ref, updating from /kilo to /liberty should be just fine 
for 99 per cent.

For the Install Guide, you have to do further work since the Liberty 
version will be different for sure. So, just add kilo links and revisit 
them while the RST conversion that will include some file renames is 
under way,
