During editing following file, api-ref/src/wadls/image-api/src/v2/common.ent editor vi forcibly add return code, if no return code exist. Of course, this problem can be solved by vi -b file :set noeol :wq for example http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1050640/vim-disable-automatic-newline-at-end-of-file It is redundant operation.
