[OpenStack-docs] Question about which keyword should use?(weigher/weighter)

If weigh is the verb and weight is the noun, then it seems that the word for"one who/that weighs" would be "weigher" -- similar to writer and eater andthrower and many, many others.

I find both via google in dictonaries like:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/weighter
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/weigher

But that does not help me much either ;/
