I see great merits in both views here. What if the Install Guide includes a linkto the Networking Guide for information about installing with nova network?This keeps the Install Guide "minimalist" but makes it easy for people to findthe nova network installation information if they want it.

And here I disagree. The Install Guide shows a single path through the
djungle, not different options. That we diverged here in the past and
documented two ways was an exception. Since we have now the Networking
Guide that documents nova-network installation as well, we can remove
this from the Install Guide and streamline the Install Guide.
