[OpenStack-docs] [Install Guide] zypper/apt/ etc...

I know I'm a little late on this but if no final verdict has been pitched
yet. Please consider this if it has not already been ruled out.
I'm personally a big fan of the idea of making the names a little shorter
and having them be just the repo without things like "family, based, repos,
etc..".
Something like say.
(file_ubuntu, file_rhel, file_suse)
If the docs are known to work with more than one set distro like say RHEL
and CentOS maybe something like this.
(file_rhel_centos, file_rhel_cent)
