The spec doesn't go into detail on the Apache front-end
configuration specifics, but serving content via HTTPS will be a
trivial addition if it's desired. I don't think it's really relevant
to mention in the spec, as that's more about the publication
toolchain since it's where the actual engineering effort is needed.
