Open Stack

At the moment docs.openstack.org is only reachable by HTTP and not by HTTPS.

I want to discuss the introduction of HTTPS (as an second entrypoint for
the moment) to be able to access all documents on docs.openstack.org
using a secure connection.

As a further step i want to discuss the usage of HTTPS as default. At
the moment all links inside the documents pointing to other documents
are using HTTP (of course, because HTTPS is not possible).
