Status for this week:

- Elke created the basic structure in Docbook.
- Matt did Sean's diagrams.
- Matt submitted the collaborative documentation proposal for the summit.
- We also added a "Migrations" section at the request of Edgar, who 
expects to have the content for the nova-network to neutron migration 
tonight.

Action items:

- Elke to correct issues with current review 
(https://review.openstack.org/#/c/153651/)
- Elke to find, configure, and test software chain for conversion to RST
- Elke to contact Sean when she's ready to commit content so that he can 
make sure attributions are correct

- Matt to get Nick the wiki page for the RST instructions
- Matt to work on Phil's diagrams for L3

- Nick to attempt to create RST infrastructure of the book
- Nick to get the general networking content written by Meg into the system
- Nick will poke Swami re: legacy to DVR conversion content

- Sean will update his files with Matt's diagrams
- Sean will update the Advanced section with IPv6 information

- Edgar will provide the nova-network conversion information tonight
