Hi everyone,

Recently I decided to overhaul the docs-specs core team. It used to just be a very short list of key core team members, but after some discussion with the group we determined that it would be better if it included the speciality team leads as well. Informally, we have always waited for the speciality team leads to approve specs under their remit before merging, but this formalises the process a little more, by allowing team leads to +2 and merge specs for their team directly.

Accordingly, I would like to welcome our speciality team leaders to the docs-specs core team:
