[OpenStack-docs] Are there minimum git clone for tox and git-review?

Just reduce working disk size.
Also, tox execution increases disk size etc.
To work in various module in parallel,
I hit disk shortage.
(for example openstack-manuals and api-site at once)
Anyway I understand the situation,
I will expand the disk space.
