Crickets at the meeting. However, an update on testing...

I successfully installed infrastructure and core OpenStack services (keystone, glance, nova, and neutron) using the RST version of the guide. I found some formatting and consistency issues, but the content works.

Attendance has been very low at these meetings and nonexistent at this secondary time; if we don't get anyone this week and/or definite requests from those for whom 2300 UTC is a better time, we'll go back to the every-Tuesday-at-1300 UTC schedule. If you have strong feelings about it, speak now.
