Hello all,

Following the announcement in this week's newsletter, all the files that make up the Cloud Admin Guide are now in .rst format. Thank you very much, everyone, for converting, reviewing, and supporting the efforts to change the Cloud Admin Guide to the new formatting, bringing another key document up to date.

Having finished reviewing the Cloud Admin .rst files, there are some common files that affect other documents, which would be beneficial to convert now while there is still some time before the Cloud Admin Guide is published in .rst format.

The User Guide team based in the APAC region are aiming to target these after the weekend. The three files are listed on the conversion table at https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Documentation/Migrate#Cloud_Admin_Guide_Migration.

An important point: two of these files are automatically generated tables from common/. I think converting the two tables as they are now, and addressing the docs tools issue of automatically generated tables in .rst format later.

In addition to these points, there are currently two patches in review associated with the Cloud Admin Guide: one targets and updates some internal and external links in the Cloud Admin Guide (https://review.openstack.org/210247) , and the other targets a common file, which appears in the Cloud Admin Guide Compute chapter (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/205800/).
