Yes. The Ironic API has this
http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/webapi/v1.html but I have not
seen a WADL file committed to the api-site repo so that it'll show up on
developer.openstack.org. I've created a new bug with the WADL task
specified.

Yes, the Compute next API version is 2.1. Please submit patches as v2.1.

I will delete the api-ref-compute-v3.html file from the server, tracking
with this new bug:
