[OpenStack-docs] RST Based User Guides are published!

The titles are clear enough. What I don't understand is why the dark blue block at the top of the listsays "Icehouse".
When I'm looking at, say, the User Guide, I expected that choosing a different release from the drop-down menuwould give me the User Guide for that release. I collected my thoughts and found that title in the list -- that's whyI suggested having the drop-down say, for example, "Juno documentation set" or have the header to the drop-downlist say something like "Documentation sets by release".

Same here. I figured it out eventually, but it wasn't immediately obvious.

The block on the left is a quick Table of content for all guides - seems
it's not obvious enough ;( You should be able to jump from one guide quickly
to another with that block,
