Open Stack

Dear Ha-Guiders,

We've been having regular meetings at 21:00 UTC on Thursdays, which was 1
pm PST before the day light saving changes. After the change, it is at 2 pm
PST.

However, it appears that 2 pm PST is difficult for most of us to attend, as
seen by less attendance for the past weeks. A quick email poll showed
preference to moving back to 1 pm PST on Thursdays.

So, we would like to proposed new meeting time of 1 pm PST on Thursdays. If
it doesn't work for you, please let us know.
