Open Stack

For publishing the User Guides, I've written up the steps that I'm 
currently aware that need to be done:

Please review the steps and enhance them - and feel free to put your 
name besides one. The steps should be done in order - and the index.html 
change only on the 9th of April (and everything after it after that one).

I'm not sure that the list is complete, it's my first brainstorm ;)
