We document docs processes on the OpenStack wiki. You probably want to
start here if you intend to make a patch.

The source files are in the ha-guide repo in the openstack org:
https://github.com/openstack/ha-guide

You can edit with any text editor. A validating XML editor can be nice,
such as Oxygen (www.oxygenxml.com) where you can download a trial. You can
build locally using the instructions in the wiki page.

If you're interested in reviewing only, you can log doc bugs here:
http://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals and use the tag "ha-guide" on
the bug.

Let me know your desired outcome (whether you want to edit or review) and I

in #openstack-doc if you get stuck or just want guidance.
