FYI, the patch by Nick has just been merged!

This needs version 0.15 of the openstack-doc-tools. Anne just released
the version. So, if you build locally, remember that you don't need to
convert from asciidoc to docbook anymore - and if you use
openstack-doc-tools, you need the 0.15 version for taking care of this.
