I don't think we've had a request from the community. But we discussed
this kind of changes a while ago

Some kind of configuration cookbook? I like the idea :)
Isn't that something that would better be sitting in the Cloud Admin
Guide rather than the config-ref? Either way it's something that would
probably be very useful to users, and that would match the idea behind
the spec (how do I use Qpid/Rabbit? How do I use keystone token
authentication?).
