I agree that we need to add a troubleshooting section(s) to the admin or config guides. The sections from the Operations guides would be a good starting point.

Sean I know what you're saying but
I'd like troubleshooting to go in the Openstack-manuals repo as it is far more likely to hit the audience that had been requesting it, ops and users.  Definitely point to the Cloud Admin Guide from the README as needed.
