I'm back now and digging through my emails ;)

Gauvain and Roger are doing a great job in improving and reviewing
openstack-doc-tools. I just asked them to update the version information
for 0.16 and then we should be able to cut a release any time.

The new/changed/deprecated options are normally run from git directly,
so no need for a release for these.
