Congratulations to the Chinese and Korean translation teams:
They have translated the api-quick-start guide and it's now available here:

You can reach them also from the drafts manual page:
http://docs.openstack.org/draft-i18n-manuals.html - but only after an
update has been approved (https://review.openstack.org/104682 ).

The guides are published whenever api-site changes.

If the Chinese and/or Korean teams - or the Spanish one as well - like
to have a separate translated manual page like we have in French,
German, and Japanese, please propose a patch in the openstack-manuals
repository,
