Version 1.13.0 of the clouddocs-maven-plugin is now available. The
changes are summarized below:

-  Features and updates

   -  Move method signatures back to the top of methods in generated API
reference for guides.
   -  Add hyperlinks from summary tables to method reference pages in
generated API reference for guides.
   -  Add support for a Rackspace Private Cloud branding.

-  Bug fixes

   -  Improve handling of paths containing spaces.
   -  Provide more information in certain error states.
   -  Support <part>s in pdf and webhelp output.
   -  Support the glossaryCollection parameter for pdfs automatically
generated during webhelp build.
   -  Improve formatting of paths in sections generated for API
references in guides.
