Open Stack

Hi,

Just following up from suggestions made in 
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/65616/ to change "Ice House" to "Icehouse".

So far I've regularly written Ice House or IceHouse, because the proper 
name of the original street is two separate words, both in Chinese and 
English.

However, I do see that Icehouse/icehouse is in frequent use on the wiki 
and on launchpad.

So, what's the standard for documentation? :)
