Open Stack

For all patches, you can review now the built manuals in addition to the
xml.

Once https://review.openstack.org/#/c/73185/ is merged, you can click on
the "checkbuild" link and you will be sent directly to docs-draft.

For now, just click on checkbuild and manually change in the URL from
"http://logs.openstack.org/..." to "http://docs-draft.openstack.org/.."
(replace "logs" by "docs-draft", leave the rest intact"

For example to review patch set 2 of
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/74243/, click on the checkbuild link:
http://logs.openstack.org/43/74243/2/check/gate-openstack-manuals-tox-doc-publish-checkbuild/7ffdc73/

And change it to:
http://docs-draft.openstack.org/43/74243/2/check/gate-openstack-manuals-tox-doc-publish-checkbuild/7ffdc73/

Then click on publish-docs and get a simple index page,
