Here's a summary of the networking guide team's weekly meeting for 12/5/14:

Progress:

1) Phil created the L3 HA scenario content.
2) Matt created the DVR scenario content [1].
3) Swami provided DVR material from the Kilo summit.
4) Elke got her system working for upstream patches.

Plans (short-term):

1) Phil will convert the L3 HA scenario content to markdown and Matt will
work on the diagrams.
2) Edgar will have some neutron SMEs review the L3 HA and DVR scenarios for
technical accuracy and usefulness before the holidays.
3) After review and corrections, Phil and Matt will tag portions of the L3
HA and DVR content for conversion to DocBook by Elke.
4) Matt will begin working on the "classic" or "legacy" scenario.
5) Elke will submit a patch next week containing the initial structure of
the networking guide and the documentation team will review it.
6) Edgar will review the list of admin guide networking issues created by
Sean and file documentation bugs as necessary. We'll probably submit some
of the new content directly to the admin guide, but ultimately will create
links to the networking guide to reduce duplication.

Plans (long-term):

1) Complete all scenario content, convert to DocBook, and add it to the
networking guide by the end of January.
2) Ask some neutron SMEs to perform an overall review of the scenario
content and patch as necessary by the end of February.
3) Create general networking concepts content by the end of February.
4) Produce final draft for review in March and obtain approval to make it
publicly available on the docs.openstack.org web site.
