That's correct, please do file a bug at
https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-manuals :)

Though, one thing to note is that the ops guide is focused on what is
practical, rather than theoretical abilities. Recent feedback on DVR has
resulted in some (neutron) bugs being filed, meaning it might not be
ready for production use yet - so do tread with caution.
