[Openstack-docs] HOT guide: audience

Hi,

I'm working on the HOT guide content and asking myself this question:
should we assume that the reader is already a cloud user and knows how
the OS "objects" work (required parameters to boot an instance, to
create a volume or an image, ...), or should we assume that the reader
is completely new to cloud computing and OS?

In other words, should we detail what the properties define and what
are the available values for each heat resource we document, or should
we assume that the user will know what we're talking about?

My guess is that people will not start using OS with orchestration, and
thus will understand the samples when they get to this doc.

See https://review.openstack.org/116496 to get an idea of what I have
in mind (WIP).

Opinions?
