Open Stack

I see still many changes going in for Icehouse and want to suggest to
not branch yet but leave master for Icehouse for another week or two.

This would reduce the number of backports needed significantly and make
our life thus easier.

I would create a new icehouse page etc and but link to trunk for the
guides like Configuration Reference and Install guide.

What do you think?
