Keeping OVS around means additional testing and maintenance to make
sure it works. And from what I can see on Ubuntu, the packages default
to ML2+OVS, and configuring OVS only is not that easy (I managed to make
it work but with a few "workarounds").
I am in favor of keeping ML2 only.
