There're still a few things moving around.

There's the Network Administration Guide - but that one is planned to be
distributed over the other guides.

Shaun is currently working on the installation guide (see also here
https://etherpad.openstack.org/havanainstall). I suggest you wait until
his large patch is in and then help improving the guide.
