Kersten, The problem is, that change was against v2/src/openstack-blockstorage-devguide.xml<https://review.openstack.org/#/c/49302/1/v2/src/openstack-blockstorage-devguide.xml> which is in the volume-api repo, and you're trying to patch that change in the compute-api repo. You'll have to start another branch in the compute-api repo.
