We've had this excellent feedback from Drew Blessing, who clicked 
through the bug link from the documentation. It appears he joined 
launchpad just to post it as well.

This page lacks a lot of information - for example, if you're having the
user configure cinder to look for volume group named cinder-volumes then
you may want to show the user how to do that.  Additionally, there is at
least one error -

In the api-paste.ini section the following line is incorrect and causes
cinder api startup failures:

paste.filter_factory =
keystoneclient.middleware.auth_token:filter_factory

should be (AFAIK)

paste.filter_factory = keystone.middleware.auth_token:filter_factory


There may be other issues. These are just the ones I've come across 
while wading through and trying to get Cinder set up.
