Status:

* There are places where I'm not sure on the setup on Ubuntu and
OpenSUSE. Grep for 'FIXME'.

* Needs the Overview and Sample Architecture sections filled out. Can
probably reuse old content or something in common for Overview. Sample
Architecture lays out the architecture and assumptions used in the
install guide. I tend to write intros last.

* Needs a short conceptual overview of Glance.

* Needs a section on KVM configuration. The Grizzly docs have a
perfectly good section, but it's disappeared from git. I'll find it. It
does need to be slightly updated to account for systemd-based systems.

* Needs some very basic network stuff to allow you to access booted
images. The Grizzly docs are pretty good, so I'll mostly just copy that
over.

* Needs text on booting and playing around with images. This is mostly
just to verify that stuff is working and to show you what you can now
finally do, five chapters in.

* Needs the chapter on Cinder written. There's some stuff in the Grizzly
docs, but not a lot.

* Needs the chapter on Swift written. There's a lot of stuff in the
Grizzly docs. It needs to be adapted, and may need to be pared down.

* Needs the chapter on Neutron. Solly Ross was interested in this.

* Needs your feedback on what might be missing or what's wrong.

Thanks,
Shaun
