stackbook - or rackbook?

Still, this does not work as I expect - and I can't figure out how to
run it properly:

xmllint  --xinclude --noout -xinclude --noent --relaxng
~/Software/vcs/OpenStack/clouddocs-maven-plugin/src/main/resources/rng/rackbook.rng

David, what's the proper way to invoke this? Could you help me a step
further, please?
