Open Stack

Hi,

Since Steven's DocImpact code went live a couple weeks ago, we have not 
had a single patch that has failed to create a bug on Launchpad. It's 
been awesome, and I have more time to do the things I love, instead of 
copying and pasting things.

In my understanding, the biggest reason we were keeping the email spam 
coming to our mailing list in addition was the fear of losing a patch 
due to the new code. I think we can safely say that our fears have not 
been realised :)

As such, I would like to propose a next step:

=> Add logic so that emails are only sent if bugs creation is unsuccessful
